Case Transfer to Beneficiary's Country of Nationality

    Hello everyone,
    IR-1 spouse visa
Can I submit a letter/email to NVC requesting case transfer to my beneficiary/principal applicant’s country of nationality? Has anyone done such request? What was the outcome of such request?
We are currently at the following NVC stage:
08.13.2014: Case Number & IIN assigned 08.13.2014: Received DS-261 / AOS Bill 08.13.2014: DS-261 Form Completed 08.14.2014: Pay AOS Bill 08.18.2014: AOS Payment Status "Paid" 08.30.2014: Send AOS Package 09.02.2014: Received AOS Package 09.04.2014: Scan AOS Package/received email 60 days waiting period
Note: the beneficiary lives outside the country of nationality.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
    Thanking you.

Where is the case currently going to be assigned – your beneficiary’s country of nationality or your residence? If you want it transferred from country of residence to nationality, then you need to contact them by phone first and the in writing. Do it now before it gets too complicated.
