Thread: No MSC update, yet?

  1. #1
Whats taking so long for MSC to come up with a new update?

So, does this mean they haven't progressed or do this mean they are quickly trying to remove the retrograde and come back to where they left off?

Must be because they've started taking in the k-1's from NY

I have heard about MSC taking all the family based AOS and EADs from the local offices but when did they takeover the handling of adjudicating I-129F petitions (K1 visa applications) for another service center?

Bottom line....the ever so intelligent bureaucrats at immigration have worked their magic to essentially render meaningless and deny the benefit that Congress intended to give American families when they enacted the LIFE legislation and created the K3/K4 visa catagory.......something is very wrong when you can get a K1 fiancee visa processed in one part of the country quicker than you get a LIFE ACT visa processed......and even more wrong for people who wait a year to bring over a fiancee because the other three service centers dont do their job. Perhaps if some of these bureaucrats had to wait for a year to live with thier spouse/family after they met or were married.....the arrogance of our immigration officials might decrease as they experience for themselves the pain people go through every day waiting for their loved ones to be "awarded" a visa. Dad, probably my mistake, I knew they moved something and didn't look up previous posts to be sure I was correct as to WHAT they moved.
