Comment: PDFs in Immigration Daily

As a continuous effort, we have been changing the formatting of Immigration Daily in order to make it a more user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing platform through which our readers can receive up-to-date articles, blog postings, news, and headlines about immigration law. In this effort, some readers seem to be experiencing problems viewing the PDF documents. Rest assured, this is a problem that can easily be fixed! As it need not be noted, our readers access Immigration Daily using a variety of options. Please allow us to walk you through a solution to view the PDF documents properly if you are unable to view them.

In some browsers the PDF documents displayed in Immigration Daily appear to be cut-off on the right-hand side. To correct the problem you may want to try the following:

  1. If you are using Firefox Mozilla, simply refresh the page.

  2. If you are using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, please use the Adobe Reader built-in zoom buttons to adjust the view. (The buttons become visible when you hover the mouse over the document.) These buttons permit you to reduce the size of the document to eliminate the cut-off situation.

  3. If you do not have Adobe Reader on your computer, please install it.

  4. If the above three methods do not work, you may have to verify that your Adobe Reader is set to display the document in the browser. In order to do so, please go to Adobe Reader, click on "edit," and choose "preferences." From the left panel, select "internet." Verify that the box, "display PDF in browser" is checked.

  5. If after doing so, you are still unable to view the PDFs, please ensure that your browser's version is up-to-date and that the Adobe PDF plug-in is enabled.

We hope that the above will assist our readers in accessing PDF documents in Immigration Daily. If you have any comments or questions, please write to editor@ilw.com.

Focus: Engaging Potential EB- Investors Abroad

Is your Regional Center meeting its capital raising requirements? Are you a United States Immigration attorney; and express an interest in increasing the potential amount of 526 business? If your answer is yes, then ILW would like to invite you to learn more about our Overseas Direct Investor Presentations.

ILW will customize an overseas marketing event that will be exclusive to your organization and will be tailored to generate business relative to the EB-5 industry directly to your firm.

We have successfully planned and executed these EB-5 marketing events in two cities in India as well as two separate events in Dubai, thus far in 2013.

We specifically research and target select regions as well as individuals of high net-worth status and guarantee the attendance of qualified individuals with the appropriate financial means of being able to participate in an EB-5 investment, furthermore, individuals that express immediate interest in immigrating to the United States through utility of the EB-5 program.

What We Offer:

  • Guaranteed attendance of only qualified individuals of high net-worth status, in specific, individuals that meet the necessary criteria for the EB-5 program.

  • Finely tuned filtration and scrubbing process to ensure the proper quality of attendees and mitigation of EB-5 broker and "window shopper" attendance.

  • Complete strategic planning of all logistical implementation related to: travel schedule, hotel accommodations, program itinerary, refreshments, event marketing, event advertising, translation services, securing of venue, presentation aid assistance, post event follow ups and provision of contact information of attendees to presenting client post event.

  • 100% exclusivity: unlike foreign "exposition" type settings, we only execute events for individual clients at a time in order to completely eliminate any instance of competition on the day of presentation.

  • Organic leads: we ensure to only invite brand new attendees for our events in order to exclusively provide our clients with fresh leads as opposed to recycling contacts made from past.

  • An intimate ambiance: we purposely guarantee a minimum number of attendees ranging between 25-30 attendees in total per event in order to ensure all questions are answered thoroughly and that direct contact is established between the presenter and potential investor. In addition, we ensure that each potential investor has an opportunity to sit down with the presenter in a private 1 on 1 sit down in immediately after the presentation portion which increases transparency for the potential investor.

  • A unique opportunity for professionals that participate in this service to convert as many possible investors without paying a single cent in commission or any relative fees as typically witnessed in the Beijing EB-5 industry.

  • Fully ethical and SEC compliant services related solely to marketing which does not involve the selling or facilitation of security placement.

  • An extremely competitive and moderate fair and flat cost that covers every notion associated with this service other than the departure and return flight from the U.S. to the overseas destination.

We urge all those who are interested to obtain further information about this service by directly contacting us. Please be advised, our services are not limited to EB-5 business, attorneys seeking EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 business are welcome to contact us as we are capable of executing this precise service without sole limitation related to EB-5.

Please contact us at 212.545.0864 or write us at eb5@ilw.com and we ensure to respond accordingly in no less than 24 hours after receipt of inquiry.

Winter is approaching! This is your opportunity to generate business abroad in sunny, pleasant and warm weather! Anything less is for the birds! Thank you for your time, we look forward to hearing from you!
