ComingsNGoings: First I-526 Approved

USCIS has approved the first six Lake Point EB-5 investors in the past two months. Yesterday, they received the amended approval for AVSRC and Lake Point Capital Partners, the second and final tranche of Lake Point EB-5, the only Forbes 400 owned and operated EB-5 Immigrant Investor project approved by the USCIS. It is expected that the second half of their total $20 million/40 investor raise by the end of November.
