Comment: Mapping Economic Impact of Immigration

The Partnership for a New American Economy has published an interactive map of the US showing the economic impact of immigration. You can hover your mouse over individual states to see the highlights and click on a state to see the details of the impact of immigration on the state economy. For each state, you can see the percentage of foreign-born population, the percentage of businesses owned by immigrants, the percentage of foreign-born STEM Ph.D. graduates, jobs created by H-2B workers, projected physician and nurse shortages, and a lot more. Please let us know your thoughts by writing to us at editor@ilw.com.
