Once again, the USCIS displays poor Judgment. So many good people denied, so many derelicts approved. It seems, the USCIS gets it wrong 100% of the time.

If you’re a hard working honest taxpayer, you will never be approved for any immigration benefit.

Maricopa countys' Joe Arpaio must be jumping from joy now. Perhaps he would be even more joyful if this was an illegal alien.
Unfortunately for Joe majority of illegals are not Pakistanis and lack that kind of imbecility.

S.tupid is as s.tupid does. Interesting question is how he got his citizenship. He was married to a USC in October 2008. He hasn't even got past the 2 year conditional residency yet, much less the statuary 3 years, plus the year it takes during the application process.

I contend that anyone who is fully honest cannot have their status adjusted in America. The only way to survive the US immigration process is to be a liar. The more you lie, the easier you will get through. This is not just my opinion, but an absolute fact that has been proven thousands of times over. If anyone disagrees, or has any questions, you needn’t look any further than this thread.

New information is that he got a green card in 2006 based on employment.

Interestingly enough then, 2006-2009 is only three years. Still not the five needed to get citizenship. Not to mention application time.
