    Hello everybody , i have a question , does the USA Consulat has any acess to IMMIGRATION ? i mean for the case of someone who got depported etc... and during Interview been asked wther been to usa or not and he answered by NO can the consulat findout or not ? thank you

    kamalog: when you (or your 'friend') applies for a visa, the bells and lights will go off immediately and all the information about the deportation will be instantly on the screen...so please...go ahead and lie....or, contact Munoz ....maybe he can make up a better story...

    hey someone13.... by the way , i am not deported , i am an GERMAN Citizen , i do have here a friend who just CAME VOLUNTARY after geting arrested for being out of status he is from Spain , so he asked me thats all , and i am in California right now for vacation so doesnt concern me at all ... thank u Someone14

    hello , thank u so much for replying , i appreciate it , but my friend came Voluntary ... i mean Voluntary departure been 7 years already since he was here back home .... however i want to ask u what if he told them yes he was in states but never was illegal in case they ask wther was illegal or not ? and what the best thing to do to have it ? thank u

    no doubt Munoz would support lying to our consular officials...but tell me....why do you think it's OK to attempt to mislead our government????? And what will you say if your 'friend' gets caught in his lies (which he will) and gets barred for even longer? (and no, Munoz won't be able to help him, no matter what creative rationalization she might provide in exchange for many many dollars)...but please....tell the listening audience why it is OK to lie???
