Thread: Important legal issue

This is interesting. Just out from the BIA 9th circuit today regarding marriage via K1 to a USC in the event that the USCIS take a long time to adjudicate and the immigrant happens to divorce before the AOS interview:

The obvious answer is for the USCIS to adjudicate quickly! Any future CIR should include adjudication time limits on the USCIS & FBI in my opinion.

Any marriage bet. USC and Alien ended in divorce for less than 5 years is a FRAUD!!!

I think Immigration should be more strict on the exceptions. Violence is fair , long as they've given enough proof of evidence.

It's too painful when one puts a trust, longing to be loved , the world revolves around that one person for a time only to find out they just want America not the person.

Im aware some immigrants were treated the same way ,but they still gain their Green Cards next thing ... they get access and help from the government. On the part of USC ? WHAT?????
nuthin but thorn apart, dumped like a garbage.

Saddest part they have a family from outer space
that they will sponsor to get here! and the USC is always the stupid moron who donated some good deeds.

I hope Immigration system will create a one
that will be fair to both.

    because this totally s-u-c-ks!!!!!!
