    this is great news....

What an a$$ thinks that Judge will violate and rule against existing law for the sake of satisfying some dirtbags limitless craving to stay ?

The comment from the news article that strikes me most here is:

<<"This is a place where God has put me, this is God's will and I'm going to stay here"

"Arellano first was deported from the United States shortly after illegally crossing the border">>

How is that illegally crossing the border is interpreted as God's will?

...why is that baby-waving Mexican still in the country?

god's will is the excuse dirtbags use rather than face responsibility...instead, they try to palm off their lawbreaking or crime-committing as the will of some as yet unseen and unproven deity....they should yank her sorry a$$ out of that church and deport her butt....if god really wants her to stay, he'll lock the doors.

    let's do the math.

    judge gives her residency.

10 MILLION other illegal parents with usc kids - run to the ins, and file paperwork saying their kid has a constitutional right for them to be here.

10 MILLION more mexicans run to the us just to pop out kids - and file that same paperowkr.

Might as well just give away citizenship then and eliminate the border.
