How long to get a d 3 waiver? Real experiences
    Hello,

Just wanted to post this in case anyone (including me) needed this information.

Can anyone who has gotten a d(3) waiver or who knows someone who has gotten it, post how long it took to get from the time of the application.

Can you please also post what country you got the d(3) waiver from?

According to this website, those who apply with form i-192 (Canadians) take about 3-4 months.

    http://www.borderimmigrationlawyer.com/approvals/

These are examples. I guess the ones that don't show a time frame took longer.

In another part of the website it says i-192 waivers take about 3-4 months but for those applying at a consulate it will be more.

Please let us know your thoughts. Thanks.

who gives an ambercrumbly? Waivers are only needed by dirtbags....those who have previously thumbed their snotty noses at our laws, and then, after being caught, 'find religion' and beg for 'just one more chance...'...baloney....these waiver requests should be refused on autopilot...who needs fraudsters and visa cheats occupying real estate in the US of A???

well put S12 . I bet the filthy towel head ''brit'' knows all about it. By the way, I'm pleased to say that the EDL is kicking towel head behinds left and right.
