Could ABSENCE of marriage possibly be interpreted as FRAUD?

  4. #4
    What you stated is absurd.

On the eye of law "marriage" is defined as possession of marriage sertificate.

Also, on the eye of the same law, it's a crime to lie and say you possess what you don't.

Therefore, nothing is tricky, except for your thinking, iperson.

Look at the 'logic' of your question too May there possibly exist a smart answer...?

    iperson, you are a squarehead
I just proved it to you once again

mpodcsin, there is very deep logic in my question, only it takes equally deep mind to comprehend it

ok, then, ABSENCE of marriage can't by itself be interpreted as FRAUD.

The statment that the marriage exists in its absence IS however a fraud.

You mean the statement under the oath?
Of course an idiot who under oath makes claim to possess marriage certificate (while in absence of such ) would be committing a fraud
