    My husband received a deportation relief/waiver 10 years ago. Will he have any problems gaining re-entry into America if he travel abroad? I've heard that they can detain him at LA if he was to go. Is that true? HELP!!!!

    He will have no problem if he got legal permanent residency with the waiver.
