Thread: filing of n-400 3 months before the 5th year residency

  1. #1
USCIS allows filing of n-400 3 months before the 5th year of permanent residency. Does this mean that if I file 3 months before, USCIS will start the process (biometrics, interview etc)? or do they just keep it in file until the due date comes?
