Mexico's President Calderon has under normal circumstances other than what we have in America, declared war on our nation state of the United States. His repeated inflammatory remarks about invading America; along with, actual acts of interference in domestic affairs of our nation under the control of the Mexican government is cause for war. Mexico continues to promote invasion of the United States by its citizens. They ask them to violate our laws and our sovereignty.

Dobbs: Mexican president's blatant hypocrisy "In his state of the union address to the Mexican nation, Calderon established his imperialistic imperatives: I have said that Mexico does not stop at its border, that wherever there is a Mexican, there is Mexico. And, for this reason, the government action on behalf of our countrymen is guided by principles, for the defense and protection of their rights.'" (Loud Dobbs commentary September 4 2007) http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/09/04/Dobbs.Sept5/index.html

If open invasion with warfare at the border because of invading Mexicans is not cause for war there is no cause for war that exists. If the imperialistic statements of Calderon do not represent statements of conquest of America by force then there is never a taking of one nation by another. If over 100 breaches of American territory by the Mexican Military are not acts of war there are none. If Mexican small arms fire directed at our citizens across the border and at our law enforcement officers are not acts of war there is none. If interference in American legislative processes and electoral processes by Mexican agents is not an act of war there is none.

We are at war now with more acts of war than any we have had for most of wars we have been involved in. This is not a false flag operation or preemptive strike that we demand. We need to be able to protect our borders from invasion. However our president will not do his constitutional duty and protect America from invasion.

The following definitions for causes of war provide further clarification concerning the serious nature of comments made by the president of Mexico and his statements of imperialist aggression against America.

    War and causes of war.

" International law establishes: "The United States as a sovereign, independent state is affected by legal principles contained in fundamental legal constructs. For its foreign policy to function the United States must be diplomatically recognized by other governments. The United States has the rights, inter alia, to recognize other states and to secure its national territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence, by forcible self-defense if necessary." http://www.answers.com/topic/interna...Foreign_Policy

" The Vienna Convention on Consular Relations provides for consulate offices to aid nationals of their country as long as they don't interfere in the internal affairs of the host country. Consular agent illegal acts, in violation of the host country's laws, are not considered a part of consular responsibilities. Lobbying host legislative bodies is not a defined consular function. Those acts are considered hostile and grounds for removal of the consulate office and declaration of a state of war under international law.

Article 5 Consular Functions includes in subsection m. (m) performing any other functions entrusted to a consular post by the sending State which are not prohibited by the laws and regulations of the receiving State or to which no objection is taken by the receiving State or which are referred to in the international agreements in force between the sending State and the receiving State.

"...Article 55 Respect for the laws and regulations of the receiving State

    1. Without prejudice to their privileges and immunities, it is the duty of all persons enjoying such privileges and immunities to respect the laws and regulations of the receiving State. They also have a duty not to interfere in the internal affairs of the State.

    2. The consular premises shall not be used in any manner incompatible with the exercise of consular functions.

" Casus Belli [Latin, Cause of war.] A term used in international law to describe an event or occurrence giving rise to or justifying war. Intentional direction of a foreign power to its citizens providing instructions on how to violate the national sovereignty of another nation, attacks by a foreign power where shots are fired against officers of the nation, invasion of another nation may all be events and occurrences giving rise to or justifying war. All have occurred between Mexico and the United States.

" ACT OF WAR Any act occurring in the course of declared war; armed conflict, whether or not war has been declared, between two or more nations; or armed conflict between military forces of any origin. 18 U.S.C.

" The United States is engaged in a terrorist war. Mexico is permitting terrorist Hezbollah agents to cross our border in addition to seditionist Mexican nationals who demand a return of Aztlan.

Get ready for the next shoe to drop. We won't be finished with the war in Iraq until Wall Street and the international bankers say we are finished. They have not made enough money for "their families" yet.

The Iraq war or one like it will stretch on into perpetuity. The more war the more money and profit it generates for the banks and globalist who will then buy the rest of the world with our money. The pentagon reports we have the power to conquer Iran in three days but have been killing American soldiers for over four years in Iran. The rules of engagement in Iraq are the same as in Vietnam, don't fight to win. Take this hill today and walk away. You will be back tomorrow.

Figure this out folks. We could end the fighting in Iraq with victory at anytime but it would cut off profits to the Military Congressional Industrial Complex. We must bring the troops home and have them battle the real enemy that is invading America. Our nation is at much greater risk from the Mexican war than the Iraq or Iran wars.

Bush is not only standing by and letting our nation be invaded by Mexico (a nation state that has vowed to conquer America); he is aiding and abetting this sworn enemy who repeatedly declares their right to invade our land in times of war. We need a president that will defend our nation from all attacks against it both foreign and domestic. We can not go further without a full declaration of war against Mexico.

Mexico must withdraw from our land now or face consequences of the might of this nation. We can save a few tomahawk missiles to take out corrupt Mexican leadership; the military and then have a clean up operation like in Iraq.

International bankers and Wall Street can still make a killing in the market and we can preserve our national sovereignty. We will all be winners as international corporations will be the first to go into Mexico and rebuild the war torn infrastructure with debts secured by loans to the United States government. We the people will be saddled with debt in perpetuity.

Let's get this war against Mexico started and now, it is a definite winner for everyone. If we don't America will be a short term nation state.

What a common thief, now you're stealing my phrases . . typical nothing original about illegal aliens or those who support them.

Your motto: Lie, steal and cheat but try to make it look like you originated it.

Now go rub your 2 brain cells together and see if you can come up with AN ORIGINAL STATEMENT AND STOP TRYING TO EMULATE ME.
