    Hi Carslo,

    My sincere apologies to hear about your father. I know it is a very hard and devasting situation to lose a loved one.

    I am going on assumption, but I believe it would be your responsibility to report the death of your father to Immigration especially since he is the Petitioner.

    I do wish you luck and best wishes!

    Thank you, I will fax Texas Processing Center once I find a fax number for them.
