    Hi! i need to find out if on the time of the interview thus the US citizen wife needs to be present on the interview. I'm talking about petitioning spouse and step daughter who is alien. and the petioner is in US. Thank you

    Hi jasrin...

    If you are doing DCF direct counselor filing in alien spouse's country then answer to your question is YES. If you are filing with service center in USA for K3 and K4 then answer to your question is NO. they will have their separate interview in their country at US consulate while getting visa...good luck...Pasha

    Thank you Pasha, I really needed that. I am so confused, since the guy is working in Northern Mariana Island and his daughter is in other country. Please Noted Northern Mariana is a US territory, but there's no US consulate in that area and the application will be filed in California and also what forms that they need to file? is it 1130? I will appreciate if you can help me. Since i'm only helping these guys. Thanks again.
