Am I corrrect in understanding that you can no longer apply to immigrate to the USA on your own.
That you must have a spnosr either a relative or a employer.

Those were always been the main reasons for migration to US.Self petitioning has always been very hard.

Thanks for the reply can you tell me what forms I need for this on the pages that have forms to download I cant find any for self petition.
Also I am seperasted and enged to a USC I know I cant get a fiancee visa till my divorce is final I just thought if I self petitioned it would get the process Started
