You need to read up on the Constitution because you clearly don't understand it. Immigration is a Federal matter NOT a State one. You know well that 287(g) was established as a way of States helping the Federal Government enforce EXISTING immigration law.
The reason AZ and AL Immigration law is unconstitutional is because they go well beyond the 287(g) authorization and attempt to create their own State Immigration law.
