Thread: Petitioner Background

  1. #1
    Hi,

I have a friend who wants to file a petition for her husband, but she was previously arrested and convicted on drug possession, spent 3 years in jail. My question is, would she be able to file for him w/ that felony under her belt? She was born here (US) and her husband is from Honduras...What would their choices be, if they have any? Please advise, thank you!
