Thread: AOS Application (marriage to USC)

  1. #1
I filed for my I130,I765, and I485 based on marriage to USC. I got my EAD after having my biometrics and fingerprints done. There has been no change on the internet site about my I130 application, and my I485 show that they have received other documents that they asked for.

My question is what is the next step? Does getting my EAD imply that everything in my application has be accepted, or will they need more stuff? What will happen next, and what should i expect in how long?

Any response from someone who has had experience in this matter would be very helpful.

I-130 and 485 will be processed together. I would think they have everything if they issued an EAD, but they could always ask for more. Now you just have to wait for the appointment -- how long that will take depends on your district office.
