Thread: Advice for all the CSS/LULAC Candidates

    1. If you already got the intent to deny later then reply the letter with the necessary documents in 30 days. If you do not have extra documents then print out the laws and send it with a personal latter explaining why USCIS should approve your case. Remember, Intent to Deny does not mean "Deny". You will be able to renew your EAD and advance parole while your case is in the process. If they deny your case then appeal it to Special Master.
Do not spend any money on lawer.
    2. If you did not yet get the Intent to deny latter and you think you may get one then apply for the FOIA. It would delay your case 2/3 years. By that time, may be some thing else would come up; or we may be able to manage more documnets.
    3. If you get an interview latter already then do not miss the intervew; all they can do to send you a intent to deny latter.
and if you get the intent to deny latter then follow the above procedures.

I'm sure this is what the legal immigrants on this site want to hear. Ways in which illegal aliens who have no valid claim to be here can try to draw out the process, which of course draws resources away from the processing of legal immigrants.
