    1. The Conditional residency is 10 years instead of 2

    2. There are no waivers allowed for the first 5 years

    3. After 5 years, Severe Domestic Abuse with police documentation is an allowable waiver. Abuse must be severe enough where physical damage can be ascertained and the USC has a ciminal conviction for it

    4. Divorce or hardship are not allowable waivers

    5. Divorce means instant arrest, deportation and a permanent bar to reentry

    6. There are no appeals allowed

    Michael:

I just hope you are kidding and that you do not think that these changes should be implemented.

Please don't forget that many times not to mention all, alien spouses leave their families, careers, jobs, friends, etc to be with their love ones. Don't you think that if the marriage does not work out the alien spouse should be given an opportunity to stay? when probably this alien spouse has gotten a job, estrablish friendships, going to school... etc? you don't think it that way, but I suggest you think about a little bit...

Guys, wake up and smell the coffee!

Michael and E. are the same person.

What a schitzoid! He digs up old threads and has conversations with himself.

Please don't respond to his drivel.

Paddy, I think we need to market a TALKING blow up dolly, so he has someone to bug(ger) besides us.
