    Hi Depika

    Authorization I-765 is not free now. INS charges $ Apx 170.00 for renew or new.

    My question to you is can we apply at INS office in person or only thru amil.

    Thank you

    Thanks PA;
    How about Advance Parole I-131 is it free for CSS/LULAC applicant of we have to pay fee of $165.
    How many photo picture of myself I have to send with I-687 application form, I look all over I can't find the required number of photo for I-687 Form.

    You DO NOT need to send any photos with your I-687. USCIS will send you instructions to set up an appointment for biometrics (fingerprints, photos and signature) when they send you I-797C, notice of receipt.

    Hi hjv

    How about Advance Parole I-131 is it free for CSS/LULAC applicant or we have to pay fee of $165. Thanks

  9. #9
    If you apply for advanced parole, you have to pay the fee. Actually, the only fee a CSS/LULAC applicant doesn't have to pay is the I-765 (EAD) $175.00 fee IF the applicant has been issued a permit before. Any other fee has to be included with the application ($240.00 for I-687, $70.00 for biometrics if applicable, $90.00 for I-690 if required,etc.)

    To hjv; Welcome to the board.
    Are you CSS or LULAC class member. Did you apply for LIFE Legalization and what is the outcome.
    Thanks
