Change again under H-1B? So that means to say she has shifted from her very first employer to the next already. If she wishes to change again, she has to follow the same procedure pursuant to The American Competitiveness in the Twenty-first Century Act (AC21) of 2000. There's no limit whereby an alien worker can change jobs up to the six-year H-1B limit. Yet this limit can be overcome if a Laborcert/PERM would be filed on her behalf by her US employer one year before the last day of her sixth year. A face to face consultation with an immigration attorney is a good idea.
