what is the status of I-130..if you are in dallas area you can avail DORA, depending upon your situtation

DORA? what does that suppose to mean?

  5. #5
DORA stands for Dallas Office Rapid Adjustment that is a pilot program and processes green card applications in 90 days. If you are in NY,then unfortunately you can not avail it unless you move to Dallas and live for for atleast 6 months. Since you already mailed in your Nat. Cert. shouldnt take that long as it takes with GC cases. May take anywhere upto 9-10 months.Good luck
