Thread: Visa Waiver

Hi. My Boyfriend is A British citizen and I need to know how the Visa Waiver program works. Are you entitled to stay in the USA for a total period of 90 days per year, or can you break it up and stay for short periods and then return to UK and come back again.?

In theory he can stay outside the US for some days, then entering again. Just in theory, because after a couple of "frequent" enters, they most likely would ban him from entering again. The Visa Waiver is only for touristic and business purposes, so nobody can enter every 3 months just because is technically possible. The point is that the law cannot be "worked around".
