Thread: For SB34 - LRP to USC

    One of my colleague who had filed petitions for his family (wife and kids). Petition was approved and his wife and kids are about to go ConGen for visa interview. Now he became USC and called NVC and they told him that now he will have to file petations for his minor kids separately because now he has become USC. Is is true?

    Yes, children of USC need separate petitions.
