I read what you called "IMMIGRATION BLUES"
All those guys are experts in Immigration laws, and they have spoken the fact about the USCIS.

Its very well written by the Lawyers, and resident of Atlanta should post all that pages on ilw.
    Thank you Kumar555

anytime whining, lying, visa cheating scam artists don't get what they want, they want to blame others....sorry, but I am on the side of USCIS, not the side of sleazy immigration lawyers nor their scamming clients.

The limited visa caps in most cases are arbitrary rather than dictated by necessity. According to Charles H. Kuck, the National Vice President of American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA"), "The bottom line is our immigration laws don't reflect the economic and familial realities of American life today. There aren't enough work visas, there aren't enough family visas. For example, the demand for employees is far greater than the native supply that the U.S. has and therefore there is a screaming need for immigrants. It forces some people to cut in line by possibly overstaying their visas putting them in the untenable position of never being able to leave to correct their status." </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

For immigrant hating red-neck fascists (such as Minutemen) such arguments are nothing. They get hysterical any time our President calls for rational, Comprehensive Reform and are generally supportive of Hitler style anti-immigrant measures (they sleep and dream of burning immigrants in brick ovens).

There is no use of trying to change the mind of fascists: Time will make it's own verdict and an inevitable one, just as it did with Nazis.

of course greedy immigration attorneys want more visa availabilty so they can scam even more people out of their money.
By the way, anyone with an IQ about about 80 or more can easily fill out the necessary forms for an immigrant visa - no charlatan avaricious attorneys are required.
