Thread: removal of GC condition

  1. #1
    Hi:
We got married at 8/2003. My conditional gc will expire on 1/7/07. So I should file I751 around 10/7/06.

Since we married, we opened a joint account, and deposit both paychecks directly into the account. We pay all the bills from the joint account too.

Until this March, we had some fight. So we decided to deposit paychecks into own individual account, he pays house mortgage... and I pay utilities... and pay bills from own individual account. The joint account is still there, but no activity since then.

    My questions are:
    1) is it enough that i send bank statements from 8/2003 - 3/2006?
    2) What we can do now is contributing money into the joint account, and pay bills from it. I can get August and September statements with some activities. But is it necessary? Or it will instead draw some suspecious?
    3) Should I send all the bank statements from the date we married, or just pick some from each year? How about the utility bills?

I have all the rest of the documents:
    1) my daughter birth certificate
    2) House deed, title insurance, mortgages with our names, mortgage payments, home insurance payments
    3) Joint CDs, Joint investment account statement (2004 - 12/2005)
    4) joint tax returns 2003, 2004, 2005
    5) Health and dental insurance coverage
    6) Joint utility bills (2003 - now )
    7) pictures
    8) videos
    9) affidavit from two of our friends

Since we bought new cars when we were single already, so we did not bother change insurance policy.

Anything else I should send? Thanks
