Thread: regarding visa for mexican illegal immigrants

  1. #1
    hi

I came accross your website, and i found that i should get a good positive response from here for my problems.

The thing is i know a girl she is a brazillian. she came 2 yr back from mexico into USA illegally. The Immigration peoples took her
passport and ask her to go back to brazil after 1 yr but she didnt go back to brazil she is still here.

But she ask for a new passport from brazilian consulate saying that she lost her passport, they issued her a new passport but no visa.

Now I introduce myself, I am an Indian came here one and half year back on F1 and now i completed my graduation in may 2007 and applied for H1b here in USA.
Now I and she both want to marry but we just afraid of the laws of USA, I dont know what should i do to marry her.

Is there any possibility that she can get legal visa now, for USA?
or any other approach we should go for to get married legally?

please help me in this matter, If anything can be done then i want to do that.
If you need any other information, please let me know.

    thanks

If you are afraid of our laws, it is because you and this Brazilian gf are violating those laws....this visa cheat has thumbed her nose at our laws and now you want to do what? Help her? Was this why our embassy gave you a student visa so you could assist some scumbag visa cheat? How much is he/she (the Brazlian, because unless you have 'looked under the hood', you can't be sure) going to pay you? By the way, dufus, one cannot get a US visa while that same person is inside the country...so this visa cheating illegal dirtbag will have to go back to his/her country and then try to lie to our embassy officials again....I hope that they nail his/her a$$....and yours too, if you try to "help" him/her. What a douchebag you are,...get the eff out of my country, slimeball....you got the privilege of a student visa and now you want to help some visa cheat? Obviously you have not learned anything useful during your 'studies'...and, by the way, you also promised our embassy that you would be returning to India after your studies....are you planning on keeping that promise or are you, like your Brazilian BF/GF, planning to lie and cheat your way into staying in MY country, ready to violate even more laws of MY country? Well? Do you have the courage to answer? Or are your b alls the size of peanuts?

I think you need to talk to an attorney. While your situation appears to be okay (on the right path to getting a permanent green card), hers doesn't because she came here illegally. Try to get a free consultation with an immigration attorney to see what your chances are. Good luck!

SHe has a 10 year ban, age could otherwise get a H4 as a spouse of a H, she could not wo on a H4.

Once you are a LPR you could apply to sponsor her, 5 year or so wait plus still the ban but now you could seek a waiver.

Hae you thought of working in Brazil?
