ok, I just heard today that my MTR was rejected by the INS. First things first, how many days to I have before I get put into deportation hearing.

Srry, but what does MTR mean?. how long did you wait until you get the notice that you MTR was denied

you have 30 days to appeal for MTR, if you filed MTr with Immigration judge then you can file Motion to reconsider with Judge if you filed with BIA then you can file With BIA. if its still denied then you can file appeal in circuit court.

decision date of MTR is final date of deportation, IJ's appeal has automatic stay but if filed with BIA stay has to be granted.
Deportation does not means the date you physically deported... keep in mind.
Its a discussion, not a legal advise..
