Thread: Petitioner's criminal record

  1. #1
I am getting married in my fiancee's country- after that we will be doing a K3 visa. I was convicted of prostitution when I was 19. I have disclosed this fact to my fiancee. Under IMBRA regulations, I am required to disclose this info to the USCIS/fiancee/etc... as well as ask for a waiver. I am just wondering, can they deny my wife's visa because of this?
