Thread: Remove my conditional resident

  1. #1
    Hello,

I am about to fill the form I-751 in order to remove my conditional resident I got for been married to a USC. My card will expire on 9/9/04.
To avoid problem I would like to know:
1.Which date is better to send the application?
2.I live in New Jersey. Can I send my application to the local office at Newark or do I need to send at Vermont Service Center?
3.Do I need to send any pictures with the application?
4.As evidence of the relationship with my wife, I want to submit the following documents:
-a certificate of birth of our daughter
    -a joint bank account
-an Income Tax Return filling jointly
-Insurance Automobile premium invoice in both of our name
Do you think that is fine or do I need more evidence?
    Thank you for your advice.

I am not a lawyer nor do I claim to be one so please double-check any information given by me, or anyone else for that matter, with a certified (immigration)lawyer before you take any further steps.
