I got e-mail from INS just a minute ago that my case was transfered to CSC (from TSC)
    I am so exited!!!
Please, please, anyone, tell me is it a good thing? Does it mean I do not have to wait so long?

The good news is: Your case is moving forward.

The bad news: No telling how long left for your case to be approved.

what kind of case is it? You can check processing times and see who is faster,to determine if its good or bad thing, in my view.

    Ladder,
Looks like you are better off, in this case.

I wish they can move ALL applications from TSC to CSC or VSC. TSC is having a go-slow.

I think TSC is now behind on processing ALL documents, so I wont be surprised if they start moving I751s to other centers as well.I want mine sent to VSC.

    Dummies.

I just received email notification that the I-130's for my step children have been moved to CSC from TSC. I think this is a good thing based on the processing dates each is showing. Their receipt dates are from mid Jan. '04 which means that CSC is already beyond that so maybe they will be processed pretty quickly.

Has anyone one else had petitions moved to a location where their receipt date is way before the centers current processing date?
