    Mycousin overstayed his visa for 4 months, What can happen to him? for overstayed? He came in the usa with b2 visa which is good for 10 years.

    If your cousin has left the US, then the next time he tries to reenter, the INS will likely cancel his visa, according to law. Then he will have to apply for a new one in the country where he lives.
