Thread: Most Voters Continue to Believe Government Encourages Illegal Immigration

  1. #1
Most voters continue to believe that the policies of the federal government encourage illegal immigration, but voters are now almost evenly divided over whether itís better to let the federal government or individual states enforce immigration laws.

there is not enough teeth in the laws to penalize dirtbags or employers who hire them....some suggestions (that won't cost the taxpayers a penny!)
1- END all waivers....if you overstay, commit fraud, or work illegally, you don't get saved by marrying the trailerpark cow. Cost = $0. No more paperwork to adjudicate these silly things....who needs dirtbags taking up valuable space in the US of A?
2- END all adjustment of status from B2 to either F1 or H1B, or green card via marriage to the trailerpark manatee, etc....if you find a school or a job or a 'spouse', go back to your own country and apply for the right kind of visa....cost to taxpayers = $0....benefit to airlines = $$$$$$$$$
3- ENACT a new penalty for working illegally....3 year bar to readmission, no exceptions. Second offense = permanent bar to readmission, no exceptions.
4- ENACT AND ENFORCE a new penalty for committing even minor fraud when applying for a visa overseas....1st offense...2 year bar' second offense, 5 year bar, third offense, well, three strikes and you're out! No exceptions.
5- Admit tourists for 90 days automatically, not 6 silly months. Arriving aliens must present their case to be admitted for more than 3 months. Stop giving out automatic extensions.
6- stop tolerating illegal immigration...deport instantly....or serve years in prison at hard labor, then deport.
Save for #6, none of these changes would cost the US taxpayer a nickel. Just need courage from our legislators....of course, immigration attorneys will cry because most of their 'hard earned' income will dry up if these changes are made....and is that a bad thing?

Unfortunately non of the above works now. The system has already been Infiltrated By overwhelming numbers and connections from afar .

Once they get into the system in large numbers as exist, The only way is to start over. A virus.
