Thread: Immigration Visa Processing Fee Bill-question?

  1. #1
I have recieved an Immigration Visa Processing fee bill to pay $380.00 for my wife abroad.I have one year old baby with my wife abroad and the baby is listed on the petition. the question is do I have to pay another$380.00 for the baby immigration visa processing fee or one bill is enough?

Second question is an Affidavit support for both my wife and my baby have been submitted recently. They require three years income tax retrun of the petioner that's me. I have filed one income tax from last year which is good income for the requirement. How ever the income tax for 2003 was not good income I din't submitted it and the year before(2002) I was abroad for my wedding and I stayed with her for one year so that for the year 2002 no income.
Now the NVC is requesting income tax return for the year 2003 and 2002.

What is the best way to react to these questions ?

    Thank you

    Jim

Yes you do have to pay 380 for the baby and regardless of what the circumstances you have to send the last three years income tax.You might want to explore the possibility of having a co-sponser if you do not meet the require amount of money to sponser your family.
