Thread: Need correct address

    Recently the USCIS sent an email to me infoming about a case.
    When I send an email message to them, it is was returned for incorrect address by the postmaster:
    This was the address:
    CRIS USCIS-SRMT@dhs.gov
    do any one have the correct address.

    We have thousand's of members, not a single person knows the address.

    I send them two email messages were returned. Any suggesation.

    I don't think you can e-mail them. I think you have write them on paper and send it through a post office. What were you applying for?

    That's just an email address USCIS put for the Case status notification. The email itself even stated that you can't reply to that address.

    If you want something official and noted, you've to send something in writing. If you just want to ask a question, you can call the 1-800# or talk to an IIO. USCIS don't have a published dedicated email address for contact. Why risk emailing something that the person in the other end might just discard?

    You guys are correct they don't even respond to any of your letters.
