Perhaps this will pass as a standalone, but I dount CIR could ever get throught the lame duck session.
Always interested in the H1-B visa, the Eb-5 Visa Program and other Eb5 Investor Visa related issues.

The BadDREAM Act has no chance of passing!

Americans support legislation such as Arizona's SB1070, they do NOT support amnesty for illegal aliens or mini amnesties such as the BadDREAM Act.

The DREAM Act isn't an amnesty. It never was but it is needed.
"What you see in the photograph isn't what you saw at the time. The real skill of photography is organized visual lying."

Of course it is an amnesty. To say otherwise is a lie.

The DREAM Act would eliminate these barriers for many students, and its high-school graduation requirement would provide a powerful incentive for students who might otherwise drop out to stay in school and go on to college.

What a baloney. Drop out rate has very little to do with immigration status. Talk about grasping at straws

4 year military active duty/deployed to get a greencard. Pay entrance fee to participate. Now that is a dream act. Fight for the country that you want a free ride from.

the DREAM Act is amnesty, just dressed up....deport illegal aliens, no matter what, and keep opportunities for education available for AMERICAN students, not the offspring of dirtbags.

Everything is amnesty to you. Why don't you advocate for the IRS to stop giving amnesty to tax evaders? Happens every year and you've NEVER made a comment here, ever. Why don't you advocate for arrest instead of a ticket for a traffic violation that's rendered a misdemeanor by state law, that's "catch and release", isn't it?

there is no correlation between the events you mentioned versus rewarding illegal alien dirtbags...but, once again, for the umpteenth time, if you love illegals so much, how come you haven;t invited a dozen or so to live in YOUR house, drive YOUR car, ***X your daughter, etc? Why? Because you are a hypcritical moron.
