Hello my name is Alex i have been in the us since i was 8 months old but between a long time being poor and some very bad choices on my part i was never able to get my green card i just turned 20 in feburary my mom has hers and is now a full citizen only problem is when my applied for her greencard she didnt apply for mine dont know why well when i was 17 i did some stupid stuff and caught a case invovleing 4 felonys 2 counts of grandtheft 1 count grandtheft of a firearm and burglery of an unoccupied structure i was able to get a good lawyer and some how was not deported and got adjudication witheld on the felonys on account of completion of probotion which i violated i ended up finishing my sentence in county jail 10 months but by violating i'm sure i lost my adjudcation witheld i got out when i was 19 and i have been clean and trouble free for a year but now my problem is i know ill never get my greencard with these felonys a immigration lawyer told me i need to go for clemency but thats gonna cost me 2000$ money i dont have so my question is clemency the best route and can i do the process myself? And is there a risk in deportation if i apply for a greencard cause i dont know anyone in England where my citizenship is.
