    asylee since 2002 convicted of transportation of marijuana (400+ grams), plead in disjuctive, now being asked to reapply for asylum; what other relief? no family in U.S., so where's the hardship?

    is the country he is claiming asylum from one of those countries that wont accept criminals back?

    The hardship is that America has had this P.O.S. drug dealer living here!! That's the hardship!!

    Why hasn't he been deported already?? That's the hardship!!

    I don't understand this post at all. Relief? For asylee who engages in drug trafficking? In this quantity (2 lbs)? They should add a charge of criminal stupidity!
