    If I came on an F1 visa in 2002 and married my husband who is a USC in 09/04 and havent been to school since.I was in school all the way until 05/2004 !!! We were trying to make a family b4 I can continue with my studies!! I'm I out of status?

    10.24.06 recieved biometrics letter
    10.26.06 I 130 touched

    You violated your status by not attending school. Why don't you file for adjustment (green card)?

    Wait for decision or interview.

    Unless there is an outstanding order of removal on you, you shouldn't be in trouble.
