Hi all. I am new to this. I live in the US and my boyfriend lives in the UK. He is wanting to move here, but we are not sure how to go about doing it. We're not ready for marriage, so that is out of the option. Can someone please help. Thanks

I may be new to this webiste, but i have read some of the topics and you seem to get on everyones bad side...and we don't want to do anything illegal and have him banned from the country.

He can try getting admission to a US college or university. A student visa doesn't allow work, except on campus, but it would get him here and let him stay legally as long as he was a full-time student. He can also try for an H1-B visa if he has at least a bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience.

Or he can just visit for 90days using VWP and see if he likes living in the US first. Just make sure he keep his immigration status up to date

I was also wanting to ask anyone what the fastest way of going about it would be? Money's not a problem..i know that it can be expensive, but we are fine with that. We just want the fastest and most easy way for him to move here.
