    hello
I have an uncle who had is I 30 approve. My father applied for him. We are now waiting for the F4 priority date to become current (june 1994). When he paid his iv bill fees he also paid for his 2 sons but not his wife or youngest child. These 2 boys are a handful one will be 21 in may and the other is 20. I believe he is wanting to bring these boys over and just leave them here. I am concerned becuase this will cause a great burden on my father. OK here are my questions . . .Since my uncle is the primary can he be required to stay with these boys? Is there a chance that the boys will be denied on the basis that they have no education and no work experience? Also, it seems like one of the boys will be a few months shy of 21 when he interviews . . if not older. Is almost 21 good enough for a denial? They are doing consular processing and the file originally went to Texas. I am not sure how either of those two pieces of information have an affect at this pint. Any help would be appreciated. Also are there any forums that focus more on family immigration and less on marriage and fiance issues . . .? Thanks for taking the time to read this.
