Thread: Family Immigration category 4 question

    I am the petitioner for my brother and his dependent's. I applied them under the
    The visa number is current and I got a letter in the mail requesting to pay the processing fees for each applicant and the Affidavit of support fees ( since I am sponsoring them).
    Question is : Do I have to pay processing fees for all the applicant's for the case to move forward or do I have an option to pay for 2 of the 4 applicant's sicne the other 2 members in his family don't want to immigrate since 1 member of family is just 12 years old and wants to complete his studies before he arrives here.

    My brother and his wife has 2 kids and his wife in that notification email. If there is a choice then please let me know.
    In the letter I recieved it has the below statement.

    Contents of the letter
    You have been registered as agent for the immigrant visa petition of Principal Applicant Full Name. The
    Immigrant Visa Processing Fee for each applicant indicated on the enclosed fee bill invoice(s) must be paid
    before petition processing can continue. An invoice for each eligible applicant is enclosed.
    Immigrant Visa Processing Fee for each applicant indicated on the enclosed fee bill invoice(s) must be paid
    before petition processing can continue

    Ther is an email link in that letter but nobody responded to me so far.
    Also where do I get the Affidavit of Support form to be filed with the National Visa Center

    Yes, you do. If you don't pay, the application will be denied.
