    I dunno what's ciudadan is..
You said your girlfriend gave her visa
to one of her family to use it.
    I say that's a felony. Your girlfriend
    is facing deportation.

Im not sure even a lawyer can help her.
But you can try consulting an immigration
    lawyer.

Your girlfriend needs an attorney. it will depend on why she gave her information to one of her relatives. It could be eidentity theft or malicious criminal behavior. If your girlfriend is an immigrant, she may face deportation.

She can still get deported even she's a USC.
and her mother too. Like I say it is a serious
    felony.

    Contact an immigration lawyer.

It appears that the mother, trying to be a good Samaritan, has seriously jeopardized your girlfriend. Your girlfriend needs an attorney. I do not believe it is a felony from what you are stating, but it is a serious matter. It is more likely a form of identity theft from an unintentional source, your girlfriend's mother. Good luck.

Speedy, I don't think it is a felony on the part of the girlfriend, however, the mother did something that greatly affected her immigration status. An immigration attorney is definitiely required, and it is serious, but not a felony since the mother is the one who gave the visa. Girlfriend probably found out about it after it was done, but for the sake of mi familia, did nothing.

considering the relationship of who gave it, his Girlfriend and the one who use it.. it's gonna be tough.

it is a felony. A USC don't need a visa.

And he said she is a USC..so on what purpose did they use the ( naturalization or passport )
    for.

Yes Rojo you need an attorney.
not just deportation but they can get barred
    in the US.
