What makes you an expert in the field of immigration?
Does immigration only affect the border states?
What is the impact of immigration on American workers?
What groups are most affected by immigration?
How does the federal gov't deport aliens?
    Why is detention so important?
    Who is able to immigrate?
Who is responsible for U.S immigration policy?
Why should we reduce immigration, if at all?
How many immigrants should we have?
How would such a system work?

Please leave your name and email address
    Thank you for your time

That is true, there is no difference, but then you will have ground for waiver, in case you are rounded up by Immigration Department. If you are married for over two years at the time of AOS then you will get your Permanent GC not a conditional one.
    Good luck.
