    any of the two will do. payable to the BCIS

    I once heard it is faster for the BCIS to process your application if you sent them money order.

    When you send them a personal check, they'll wait until it is cashed then they'll process your application. Money order is like money in their pockets.

    I, however, send them a check so that I know when they cash it. And it is a proof to me that they have received the application.

    Koko I also thought that money order should be faster. By the way you can know if they received the mail by using certified mail so that you get that receipt thats signed by them.

    If you use Western Union money orders, there is a number you can call to see if they have been paid out.
