There are tons of people who have had their fiancee visas approved. We did ours back in August to the California service center it was approved in October and my fiancee received his Fiancee Visa in February. But to be perfectly frank this webboard does not give much in that area. Let me suggest the following web pages and boards if you really want to discuss those. There are alot of us out there on these pages discussing fiancee visas.

Which country if the fiancee coming from as there are some web boards that are country specific that are very helpful. I belong to the CanAm Couples site for Canadian and American couples. My fiance is in Canada and will be moving here on his visa in about 3 weeks. Let me know if this is helpful and good luck!

I am so glad I could help you out! It feels good to do something for someone instead of the other arguing that goes on here. You know the British Expatriots sight should be really good for you to reference them considering your fiancee is British. These sights just share so much about the process and how to do it. It has made our petition a success and has for many others too. We love sharing our stories. These sights are also specific to the Fiancee process where this board has one too many issues going on to be as helpful on specific issues. I might suggest this board have groups split off and dedicated to separate areas of immigration as there are so many. It would be much more efficient then in helping others. The immigration issues are just to vast for one web posting board.
