Thread: Which TN category, if any ?

  1. #1
I am having trouble interpreting the TN category definitions from the Dictionary of Titles.

I will be receiving job offers of different types in the next few days, and wonder if each of these will generally/likely be eligible for TN. (response eg: 1-A, 2-B, 3-no)

    Thanks!

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Credentials:

-currently a TD, would drive back to Canada to apply at border
-Bachelor's of Business Administration (3 year program) from University of Ottawa, Canada
(degree included finance, production, economy, accounting, marketing, etc., plus I have extra credits in Marketing)
-6 years of retail (included some buying and merchandising), and 5 years of credit analysis (credit analyst, team leader, loan review officer)

*planner/buyer jobs applied for ALL require a)degree in business or merchandising, b) retail and finance experience, c) retail math knowledge

    Imminent job offers:

    1) Apparel Planner* (for retail chain or fashion wholesaler/manufacturer)

    3) Credit Analyst (for credit card company or bank)

    Potential TN categories:
